These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Chic AI for Business, including the merchant dashboard, generation workflows, hosted try-on widget, public API, and connected commerce integrations.

By creating an account, accessing the service, or using a connected integration, you agree to these Terms.

Chic AI for Business provides tools for generating merchant-ready fashion imagery, virtual try-on outputs, file storage, API access, and publishing workflows to connected platforms such as Shopify.

We may change, improve, remove, or suspend features from time to time.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your credentials or issued API keys.

You retain ownership of the source materials you upload, subject to the rights we need to operate the service.

You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis needed to upload, process, generate from, publish, and store any content you submit.

AI-generated results are provided to speed creative and merchandising workflows, but they still require your review before public use.

You are responsible for checking fit, styling accuracy, brand suitability, claims, and legal compliance before publishing outputs to storefronts, ads, or product pages.

If you use virtual try-on with photos of shoppers, employees, contractors, or talent, you are responsible for obtaining any required notices, releases, and consents.

You may not use the service to process unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content.

You are responsible for all requests made with credentials issued to your account.

You may not resell, abuse, probe, or attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.

Paid features, plan limits, billing cycles, and pricing will be presented at purchase or during sales onboarding.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may not use the service in ways that harm the service, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if your use violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, or materially harms the service or other parties.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect output quality, or merchant readiness without your review.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chic AI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
